Infinity Natural Resources is seeking an Equity and Compensation Plan Administrator. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our company's equity plans including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), performance-based awards, and other awards. In addition, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our compensation programs, including salary surveys, job evaluations, and bonus administration. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with all applicable securities laws and regulations, while providing exceptional support to employees and executives. This is a full-time onsite position and can be based out of our office location in Morgantown, WV or Houston, TX.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Manage the full lifecycle of equity grants, including processing new grants, modifications, exercises, vesting, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the equity management system.
- Prepare and distribute employee communications related to equity grants.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all equity-related matters and provide support to employees and maintain the relationship with the equity system vendor.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable securities laws and regulations, including Section 16 reporting requirements.
- Prepare and file necessary reports with regulatory authorities (e.g., SEC).
- Collaborate with the Finance team to manage equity budgeting and forecasting, and support monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation processes for equity transactions.
- Conduct regular audits of equity plan data to ensure accuracy and identify any potential issues.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and finance on equity-related matters.
- Stay up to date with changes in equity compensation laws and regulations.
- Continuously seek opportunities to implement best practices in equity administration, ensuring that programs scale effectively and adapt to our growth.
- Assist with job analysis and evaluations to ensure accurate job descriptions and salary ranges.
- Participate in the annual compensation review process, including data analysis, recommendations, and implementation.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new compensation programs.
- Maintain accurate compensation data and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Equity Plan Administrator or in a related role at a publicly traded company.
- Experience in compensation plan design and administration.
- Strong understanding of equity compensation principles, including stock options, RSUs, and performance-related awards.
- Experience in equity administration and HRIS software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with vendors, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary.
- Interaction with team members and external contacts is a regular part of the job.
- Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting meetings.
- Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
- Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
