We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Lease Operator (Night Shift) to join our production team.

In this role, you will be the eyes and ears on the ground during overnight operations, ensuring the safe and efficient performance of all production and midstream assets within your assigned area. You will play a critical part in maintaining uptime, supporting safe operations, and responding to off-hours conditions.

This role is field-based out of our Pennsylvania field locations, primarily in Indiana and Armstrong counties. You will spend the majority of your time working in the field, with occasional travel to our headquarters in Morgantown, WV for meetings and training.

- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 7 days on, followed by 7 days off

You will play a critical part in maintaining uptime, supporting safe operations, and responding to off-hours conditions.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Conduct routine operational checks on all sites within the assigned area of responsibility, monitoring well conditions, recording data, and ensuring the proper functioning of all production and midstream equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and general site maintenance to ensure equipment remains in proper working order and the site is clean.
- Proactively identify and address potential equipment failures to minimize downtime.
- Analyze production-related problems and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/contractors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Monitor for spills and fluid leaks, taking immediate corrective actions as necessary.
- Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety guidelines as per company standards.
- Submit accurate and timely reports as required, providing relevant updates and feedback to production teams to support production operations.
- Participate in on-call rotation, responding to alarms and upset conditions as necessary.
Your Background:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must meet all PHMSA and DOT criteria for safety-sensitive duties.
- Subject to mandatory verification of DOT drug, alcohol, and safety records for the preceding two-year period.
- Willingness and ability to work in various weather and well site conditions.
- Willingness and ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including seeing, hearing, talking, and performing tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity. Must be able to kneel, sit, stand, walk, crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push, and perform other similar repetitive physical tasks. Additionally, must be comfortable working at elevated heights and capable of lifting 50+ pounds.
