The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Operations Project Management Office. As our operations continue to expand, this role will help strengthen project visibility, coordination, and readiness planning across key operational initiatives. The Project Coordinator will play an important role in supporting project tracking, documentation, reporting, meeting coordination, and follow-up activities that help Project Managers and operational leaders stay focused on execution, stakeholder engagement, and timely decision-making.
This full-time, non-exempt position offers the opportunity to build foundational project management experience while supporting ongoing PMO operations, portfolio reporting, and the Well Readiness workflow.
Location
This role is based out of our Morgantown, West Virginia office and is eligible for a hybrid schedule, with an expectation to work onsite three days per week.

What You Will Be Doing
- Support the PMO by assisting with the maintenance of project schedules, updates, documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Track progress through the Well Readiness workflow by working with Surface Land, Land, Engineering & Design, Permitting, Regulatory, Drilling & Completions, Facilities, Production, and other stakeholders.
- Gather project information, track milestones, identify gaps, and maintain accurate project data within Monday.com and other PMO systems.
- Coordinate weekly Well Readiness and project status updates to ensure clear visibility into upcoming wells and operational readiness activities.
- Develop concise, executive-level reporting and dashboards for Senior Management Team review.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare follow-up items, and help ensure action items are tracked through completion.
- Track project risks, dependencies, milestones, and key deliverables, escalating concerns or gaps as appropriate.
- Support process development and standardization efforts across the PMO to improve consistency, communication, and project execution effectiveness.
- Partner with field and office personnel to convert project information into clear, timely updates that support informed operational decision-making.
Your Background:
- Experience in project coordination, project administration, operations support, or a similar role requiring strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, and maintain accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and with both field and office personnel.
- Comfort gathering, organizing, and summarizing large amounts of project information into clear, concise updates for leadership.
- Proficiency with project tracking tools, reporting systems, Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to learn systems such as Monday.com.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate meetings, document action items, and follow up with stakeholders to keep work moving forward.
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and discretion when handling project information and executive-level reporting.
